Job Diary:
This is the same as MOT diary with a distinction of, that you can make the bookings for the various jobs and services like wheel alignment, brake repairs, etc.
You can trail the following steps to book a job appointment:
- Select the kind of job that you have to perform.
- Select the Ramp number that is free at that time of the day.
- Hover your mouse on the day you want to book your job appointment.
- You can also change the week by clicking on the arrow button provided with the calendar.
- Select the time you want to conduct this appointment.
- Fill the form that pops-up with the customer's information. Put a note if you're going to. Choose the
colour that carries you some meaning andclick on Save.
- You can always edit the booking by re-clicking on the booked job and choosing the edit button.
- This is also helpful when your customers directly book an appointment with you using your website. And you can instantly get an appointment scheduled from your site.
