How To Book an MOT Appointment

MOT Diary

Introduction:

MOT diary is a calendar based tab that helps you book all your MOT appointments with your customers with some simple clicks. It will tell you what time of the day is the garage open for booking and also help you book an appointment.

This is how this tab looks like.


  

How to book an appointment:

  • Select the kind of job that you have to perform.

       

  • Select the Ramp number that is free at that time of the day.

       

  • Hover your mouse on the day you want to book your MOT appointment.

       

  • You can also change the week by clicking on the arrow button provided with the calendar.
     
       

  • Select the time you want to conduct this appointment.

       

  • Fill the form that pops-up with the customer's information. Put a note if you're going to. Choose the colour that carries you some meaning and click on Save.

       

  • You can always edit the booking by re-clicking on booked appointment from the calendar and choosing the edit button.

       

  • This is also helpful when your customers directly book an appointment with you using your website. And you can instantly get an appointment scheduled from your site.
