How to send the overdue notices

By reminding your customer about their due invoices will help you collect your payment in case your customer has forgot about it. 

To send the overdue notice, you can make use of Cron job scheduler. You can send the notifications manually or even automatically.

How to send notices using Cron job

To set up an automatic way of sending notices, follow the steps:
Setup -> Settings -> Cron Job -> Invoices
You can send the overdue notice as the same day the invoice is overdue by setting theAuto send reminder after to 0. You can also set this reminder according to your needs.

You can also resend the notices by using the Auto re-send reminder after. You can always stop the Cron from resending the notifications by keeping the second field as 0.


The overdue notices will be sent at the particular hour of the day you have set it to send, to send it you can follow:
Settings->Settings->Cron Job->Invoices.
